We have access to all the homes in all those areas through the Multiple Listing Service or MLS for short. This is the database that all the realtors in central Oklahoma use.

Another detail we do for our sellers at no extra cost. We do not charge any extra fees outside of our negotiated commission which is only paid if your home sells. Most of the time we answer the phone in the morning from 9am to 9pm in the evenings.
